Server Technology, Inc. And Chatsworth Products, Inc. Settle Patent Dispute Involving Technology Used in PDUs
RENO, Nev., March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Server Technology, Inc. and Chatsworth Products, Inc. have settled a lawsuit brought by Server Technology against Chatsworth Products relating to the alleged infringement of a number of Server Technology patents covering technology used in intelligent power distribution units.
Without admitting liability, Chatsworth Products has taken a license to certain Server Technology patents. As a result, the case has been dismissed. The companies have mutually agreed that the terms of the settlement will remain confidential.
