Serten Advisors Announces 11,000 Square Foot Urgent Care Expansion For Nexus Health

TYSONS CORNER, Va., Sept. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Serten Advisors, LLC (www.sertenadvisors.com), a leading commercial real estate advisory firm that provides real estate, brokerage and consulting services, is pleased to announce the completion of an expansion of Nexus Health's platform of services with an additional urgent care facility located in Fort Washington, Maryland.

Nexus Health, Inc., a healthcare management company based in Oxon Hill, Maryland, is the parent company of Fort Washington Medical Center, a 37-bed acute care hospital in Fort Washington, Maryland. Serten Advisors has been supporting Nexus Health on their focus to expand the reach of the Fort Washington Medical Center to accommodate the local community and the more than 43,000 patients the hospital serves annually. The company is partnering with NOW Health, Labcorp, and several other local practice groups to create an 11,000 square foot primary and urgent care facility, in the Tantallon Shopping Center on Indian Head Highway. The new space will include multiple sub specialties and is expected to open in April 2017.
