In this role, Lagerway will be responsible for driving product strategy and roadmap for SignalWire.

Prior to joining SignalWire, Lagerway was the vice president of global client solutions at Andreessen Horowitz portfolio company Dialpad, where he created and managed enterprise programs and processes across several departments in the organization including product, sales, customer success and support. He was the co-founder and served as president and chief operating officer at one the world's prominent VoIP softphone developers, Counterpath. Lagerway, a industry standards champion, is the founder and former chair of the W3C ORTC Community Group and Working Group.
