SL Chicagoland Development will extend the benefits of an upscale coworking experience to the greater Chicago area residents.
Part of a rapid national expansion of Serendipity Labs network which now includes over 100 locations in development, the Chicagoland announcement builds on the success of the Serendipity Labs at One South Wacker Drive, which has a membership waiting list just months after a recent expansion. The One South Wacker location is managed by franchise partner Hospitality Ventures Management Group. Serendipity Labs Coworking has hub and spoke network strategy that includes both urban and suburban Labs and allows members to access labs across the network. The mix of locations serves a cross section of entrepreneurs, independent workers, and employees of established businesses that are looking for inspirational and flexible workspace, a way to cut down on employee commute times or to reduce long term office lease obligations.
