Upscale Co-working Comes to Colorado to Offer New Way of Working
RYE, N.Y., Feb. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- New York based Serendipity Labs Coworking announced today the construction of Serendipity Labs Denver Tech Center, scheduled to open June 2018 with franchise development partner Renascent Hospitality. The new location is located at 6400 S Fiddlers Green Circle, Greenwood Village in the iconic Plaza Tower One - a LEED Gold certified building providing panoramic views of Denver. This location will be the first Serendipity Labs in Colorado.

Serendipity Labs Denver Tech Center offers 40 dedicated offices and team rooms, multiple meeting rooms, outdoor event space, and an ideation studio that holds up to 50 people. The Lab features a work lounge and a café to facilitate impromptu meetings, as well as co-hosted or private meetings and events. Housed in Plaza Tower One, members have easy access to shopping, dining, and a large outdoor space complete with a putting green and flexible seating. Swing space and coworking memberships are also available, and all members have the benefit of using any of the Serendipity Labs locations throughout the United States.
