Set on a 1.5-acre parcel in Bridgehampton, New York, the 5,000-square-foot home was built in 2016 with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Ryan paid $13.5 million for the home in 2024.

Donald Trump's Childhood Home Finally Sells
After being extensively renovated from years of mold and neglect, Donald Trump's childhood home in New York's Queens borough has sold for $1.93 million. The Tudor-style home in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood was built in 1940 by his father, developer Fred Trump. According to Zillow, the house has changed hands multiple times in recent years, including for $2.14 million only months after Trump took office in 2017. Tommy Lin, the seller, paid $835,000 for the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house last year.

Travis Kelce Goes Home, Again
Just a couple months before he and Taylor Swift exchanged vows in New York City, Travis Kelce paid $5.35 million for a vast lakefront house in northern Ohio. It is located on Lake Erie, just a few miles from where Travis grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Their $100 million Malibu home, which they purchased in 2000, is a property that has belonged to them since before they married.
