September is National Yoga Month - Les Mills and Pentagon Health and Wellness Center to Offer BODYFLOW® Class on Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- In celebration of National Yoga Month, Les Mills and Pentagon Fitness will partner to offer a BODYFLOW® class on September 18th at 2:00 pm. Class is free and open to the public.
BODYFLOW® is the yoga, tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and will leave people feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Les Mills classes are offered in 72 countries, and are designed to be effective, fun, and safe to deliver maximum results. The Pentagon Health and Wellness Center is dedicated to promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to the employees of the Pentagon and the Washington DC community.

The BODYFLOW® class will be led by Les Mills International Presenters, Isben Nogueira and Laura Lynn along with Jason Deem.
