EnerSys Analyst Notes
On June 30, 2014, EnerSys announced that its 3.375% Convertible Senior Notes due 2038 (Convertible Notes), which first became convertible on January 2, 2014, will continue to be convertible from July 1, 2014 until September 30, 2014. According to the Company, Convertible Notes will continue to be convertible as EnerSys' common stock price's last sale price for at least 20 trading days in a period of 30 consecutive trading days, ending on the last trading day of the calendar quarter ended on June 30, 2014 exceeded 130% of the conversion price per share of the Company's common stock on such last trading day. EnerSys stated that the conversion rate of the convertible notes as of July 1, 2014 was c.24.9 shares of its common stock per $1,000 in principal amount of the Convertible Notes due to the cumulative impact of cash dividends paid on EnerSys' common stock. On June 24, 2014, Exelis Inc (Exelis) reported that it received a contract vehicle from the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide professional services to federal agencies under its One Acquisition Solutions for Integrated Services (OASIS) program.
