Senior Financial And Operations Executive Joins Clear Thinking Group

Williams has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Williams is a senior executive with leadership experience in operations, merchandising, distribution and manufacturing. He brings extensive knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, financial analysis and restructuring to his new role. Williams will utilize his expertise and insight to offer actionable solutions for the firm's clients.
Before joining Clear Thinking Group LLC, Williams was a founding partner of Hudson Capital Partners LLC, an asset disposition firm. Prior to forming Hudson Capital Partners LLC, Williams was employed at Bill's Dollar Stores, Inc. and Bonus Dollar Stores, Inc. in various capacities, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and General Merchandise Manager. Earlier in his career, Williams was an audit supervisor for Touche Ross & Co. (later becoming Deloitte & Touche).
Williams received his B.S. in Animal Science and M.P.A. in Accounting and Finance from Mississippi State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
