Schnell, a Senior Corporate Review Appraiser for the Quality & Compliance Division has received the coveted Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute.

The Appraisal Institute (AI) is a recognized leader in the real estate appraisal industry.   AI designations are recognized as among the most prestigious designations in the appraisal profession. The SRA designation is given by the Appraisal Institute only to appraisers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property. To become an SRA designee, one must complete an extensive curriculum after meeting rigorous experience requirements. The Appraisal Institute certifies only about 1% of appraisers with the Senior Residential Appraiser designation.
