SendGrid Senior Leader Paul Kincaid-Smith Joins M3AAWG Board of Directors

BOULDER, Colo., March 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- SendGrid, a leading delivery platform for customer communication, today announced that Paul Kincaid-Smith, SendGrid's Vice President of Email Delivery, has been elected as a Full Member representative to the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M³AAWG) Board of Directors. In this role, Paul will work with other board members to further its objectives of facilitating industry collaboration and developing best practices to combat abuse on both email and other digital platforms to safeguard consumers.

M³AAWG is where the technology industry comes together to work against bots, malware, spam, viruses, denial-of-service attacks and other online exploitation on all networks, including mobile and emerging platforms such as social messaging. M³AAWG leverages the depth and experience of its global membership to tackle abuse on existing networks and emerging services through technology, collaboration and public policy. It also works to educate global policy makers on the technical and operational issues related to online messaging abuse.
