WASHINGTON, Sept. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- David Strickland, General Counsel for the Self-Driving Coalition for Safer Streets, will hold a press conference call on the recently released National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) autonomous vehicle guidance.
