Reporting directly into CEO Doug Winter, McCauley will be responsible for leading Seismic's global financial organization and operations.
McCauley brings more than a decade of experience in leading financial teams at fast growing and innovative international firms including Illumina and ServiceNow. While at ServiceNow, McCauley was part of the team that led the company's successful initial public offering. McCauley also led corporate planning and forecasting at the software company. In prior positions, McCauley led investor relations, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting.
