Rotary Lift Mach series mobile columns can be purchased in sets of two, four, six and eight columns, with either 13,000 lbs. or 18,000 lbs. of capacity per column. Using a 12,000 lb. capacity truck frame adapter kit, a pair of 13,000 lb. capacity columns can be used to service popular Class 2 and 3 pickups, while six 18,000 lb. capacity columns will lift virtually anything on the road.
"The wide range of combinations available with the Mach series ensures a perfect fit for any lifting need," says Doug Spiller, heavy-duty product manager for Rotary Lift. "Mach series mobile column lifts make sense for construction fleets that range from pickups to cement mixers and even heavy equipment, because columns can be added or removed to meet any vehicle weight."
Each column in a Mach series lift is identical, so the technician can operate the entire lift from any column, reducing setup time. The patent-pending control panel features an intuitive graphic layout that makes it easy to quickly get the vehicle in the air.
Mach series mobile column lifts are battery powered, so they can be used throughout the shop. This allows technicians to lift a vehicle wherever is most convenient for them, instead of waiting for a specific bay to open up. Mach series lifts require no installation, which saves money up front, and they can be moved out of the way when not in use to free up space for other projects.
To help the user get the vehicle in the air quickly and efficiently, the 13,000 lb. capacity Mach series column has a rise time of only 68 seconds, while the 18,000 lb. capacity model requires just 78 seconds. Combined with other user-friendly features, like the Mach series' spring-loaded automatic steering system and brakes, the quick rise times maximize efficiency and reduce downtime. Mach series lifts are available in both wired and wireless versions.
