Security On-Demand Announces New Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO, April 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Security On-Demand Inc., the leading provider of advanced managed security and threat detection solutions announced today that William Lyman has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Security On-Demand, William was a Partner with Lyman Management Group, Corp (LMG) where he worked with companies on corporate development, capital raising, acquisitions, exit opportunities and business dispute/litigation issues. William was a General Partner with Alliance Technology Ventures (ATV) in Atlanta, Georgia, a $250 MM early-stage family of venture capital funds before LMG. He also previously served as a sell-side technology industry associate analyst with Montgomery Securities and Solomon Smith Barney, both in San Francisco. His early career encompassed over ten years in operational roles with start-ups (Subscriber Computing, International Software Machines), Fortune 500 Companies (Motorola, Square D), and the intelligence community (National Security Agency). He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and his Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Marquette University.
