CORAL GABLES, Fla., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Craig D. Linder, a veteran of various large international law firms, has joined Coral Gables-based Rasco, Klock, Reininger, Perez, Esquenazi, Vigil & Nieto, as Special Counsel, where he will head the Firm's securities law practice as he joins his corporate, securities and finance practice with the corporate team at the Coral Gables-based boutique law firm.
Ramon Rasco, firm co-founder and chair, stated "Because of his many years of practice experience in the areas of securities law and sophisticated corporate transactions, Craig brings a very significant dimension to our corporate practice.
