Securities Attorney Molly Z. Brown Joins McDonald Hopkins

CLEVELAND, Feb. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Molly Z. Brown, a skilled securities attorney, has joined the Cleveland office of McDonald Hopkins LLC as a member. Brown will serve as chair of the business advisory and advocacy law firm's national Securities Practice.

Formerly with Ulmer & Berne LLP, Brown has extensive experience advising both public and private companies in connection with the structure of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and banking regulatory matters. She also has significant expertise in SEC and corporate compliance matters and advises clients with their SEC filings. Brown's background includes considerable knowledge in financial regulatory reform and TARP participation and repayment.

In addition to her law firm experience, Brown's career comprises working in-house at KeyBank National Association as vice president, senior attorney—Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions, and as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Brown's regulatory and deal experience are an asset to her clients, particularly in completing transactions and securities offerings as well as advising on financial regulations.
