Hughes, LEED AP to its firm. Prior to joining Secretariat International, Ryan was responsible for the design and construction at Ben Carter Properties. Mr. Hughes specializes in program management and development services, and has managed hundreds of projects worth billions of dollars from inception to completion. With a background in commercial real estate development, design and construction management, general contracting, and LEED consultation, as well as a degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, Mr. Hughes will lead the effort to grow Secretariat's program management business.
