SPS focuses on building partnerships to bring quality medical specialty services directly into hospitals, clinics, private practices, schools and other entities through telehealth technology. The goals are to improve patient care and outcomes and to increase market share for both healthcare providers and their partners, the telehealth service providers and technology solutions companies showcased at the conference.
SPS attendees will receive practical advice from nationally recognized telehealth experts on building successful programs; forming effective partnerships; and negotiating legal, regulatory and payment hurdles. The Expo Hall is the SPS networking forum for attendees to explore a broad array of tele-medical specialty services and models, to see and discuss the latest trends in clinical telehealth, and to meet with prospective telehealth partners during coffee breaks, lunches and an evening reception.
As part of its focus on advancing telehealth partnerships, SPS conferences include "Lightning Rounds," where attendees are briefly introduced to exhibitors before expo hall breaks.
