Seattle To Host Major "Investing For Impact" Event On March 31st For Area Financial Professionals

SEATTLE, March 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Impact investing—the hottest topic today in the world of sustainable, responsible, impact (SRI) investing—will be the focus of an all-day meeting on March 31, 2015 for Seattle area investment professionals and investors.  "Investing for Impact: Seattle" will take place from 9:00am to 4:30pm, with a networking reception to follow, at the Bell Harbor Conference Center.

Conference speakers will include:  Tim Benzel, CFA and executive vice president, Seattle-based SNW Asset Management, Patrick T. Drum, CFA, CFP, research analyst and portfolio manager, Saturna Capital Corporation, based in Bellingham, Washington; George Gay, CEO, First Affirmative Financial Network; Danielle Figure, president, As You Sow; Charles Sandmel, portfolio manager, Shelton Capital Management; and Mel Miller, chief economist, First Affirmative Financial Network.
