Seasoned Real Estate Professional, Colleen Minde, Joins RealFoundations

DALLAS, Jan. 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- RealFoundations, one of the world's foremost professional services providers focused solely on the real estate industry, is pleased to announce the addition of seasoned real estate professional, Colleen Minde, as a Business Development Executive. Ms. Minde has nearly a decade and a half of wide-ranging commercial real estate experience, both domestically and abroad, in leasing, sales, asset management, technology and operations for REITs, owner/operators, service providers, investment managers, corporate occupiers and homebuilders. At RealFoundations, she will concentrate on business development activities for the firm.

Ms. Minde began her real estate career with Newmark Knight Frank where she served as a Corporate Advisor representing both landlords and tenants in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and office space. She then went on to serve as an Associate in Leasing and Asset Management with SL Green Realty Corp, a S&P 500 REIT. During her tenure with SL Green, she was an integral member of the Leasing and Asset Management team, responsible for assignments on over 20 million square feet of New York City's most prestigious assets. The hands-on experience Ms. Minde gained in these two roles will add great value when identifying operational challenges and proposing solutions to existing and future clients of RealFoundations.

Following her position with SL Green, Ms. Minde joined Yardi Systems, a leading global property and asset management software provider, as Senior Sales Executive. At Yardi, she advised commercial real estate and investment firms on utilizing technology to streamline operations enabling informed portfolio decision making to drive investment performance.

Ms. Minde's strong interest in and deep understanding of real estate and technology then drove her to LEVERTON, an artificial intelligence / process automation solution that applies machine learning technology to extract data from complex real estate documents and contracts. Serving as Vice President of Sales, Ms. Minde led LEVERTON'S global 'go-to-market' (GTM) strategy, spearheading service provider partnerships and transforming how owners, occupiers and investment managers engage with data to facilitate quick analysis.  

She was a vital member of the LEVERTON team that received several prestigious industry awards including the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator and Professional Excellence Awards from CoreNet Global, the RealComm Global Innovation and MIPIM Global Innovation Awards. Active in community service, Ms. Minde currently serves on the Executive Board for the LCU Fund for Women's Education, a 150-year-old nonprofit organization that provides housing support for women pursuing their education in New York City. She has served on the board since 2014 and currently is the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.
