NYC Real Estate Attorney Stephanie D. Edelstein Joins Scarinci Hollenbeck's Prominent to Real Estate Law Group

Ms. Edelstein brings with her over a decade of experience handling a wide range of transactional real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Edelstein was affiliated with the New York, NY branch of an international law firm comprised of over 450 attorneys where she handled a myriad of transactional real estate matters. Ms. Edelstein handled acquisitions and dispositions of commercial portfolios and individual properties on a national scale. These properties include luxury hotels, office developments, mixed-use buildings, city-owned parks, multi-family complexes, and much more. Additionally, Ms. Edelstein represented lenders and non-lender banks in thousands of mortgage transactions.
