In this role, Elliott will be responsible for scaling the company's sales organization to meet the growing demand for the SignalWire cloud platform which aims to disrupt the programmable communications space by offering aggressively priced APIs designed for developers of all skill sets.

Elliott's prior sales leadership experience includes leading global sales and business development for Cisco's Tropo and Spark API division for voice, messaging, and video communications following Cisco's acquisition of Tropo. While at Cisco, Elliott managed the launch of the innovative Cisco Spark Depot, which served as a vehicle to deliver integrations, bots and ready-to-deploy solutions to Cisco's partners and enterprise customers.
Prior to Cisco, Elliott was responsible for leading Tropo's global sales and business development teams. Before joining Tropo, he led the global sales organization for vlingo Corporation (acquired by Nuance) as vice president of global sales.
