Sears Canada 2014 Annual Report Now Online

TORONTO, March 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Sears Canada Inc. (TSX: SCC; NASDAQ: SRSC) today announced that the Company's 2014 Annual Report is now available on its website at www.sears.ca.  Upon accessing the Sears Canada home page, visitors may scroll to the bottom and select "2014 Annual Report" under the "About Sears Canada" heading.  Hard copies may be requested by contacting the Company's transfer agent, CST Trust Company, at the following toll-free telephone number: 888-433-6443 or Sears Corporate Communications at 416-941-4428 or [email protected] after April 1, 2015.

The Company confirms that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. in the Sears Canada Head Office, located at 290 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario.  Shareholders may enter the building by the entrance accessible from the laneway on the south side of Dundas Street, just west of Yonge Street, between the Toronto Eaton Centre and Ryerson University.
