SearchCore Launches Second Housing Industry Vertical with Acquisition of ModularHomes.com

LAKE FOREST, Calif., Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SearchCore, Inc. (OTCQX: SRER),a technology-based Internet marketing services company that connects consumers with brands, products and services, today announced the acquisition of www.ModularHomes.com, marking the launch of the company's newest industry vertical: Modular Housing. The company's portfolio of industry verticals currently includes Recreational Sports (Sportify.com), Tattoo (Tattoo.com), Manufactured Housing (ManufacturedHomes.com) and Modular Housing (ModularHomes.com). Premium finder sites and apps for each industry are being developed on SearchCore's technology platform.

Similar to manufactured homes, modular homes are factory built, but the components are joined at the building site and are regulated in the same way as site-built homes. Currently, there are approximately 150 modular home manufacturing facilities in the U.S. alone. In 2011, U.S. modular home and commercial construction revenue reached $2.7 billion. SearchCore's newest URL, www.ModularHomes.com will serve as the de facto online destination for all constituents in this growing and regionally diverse industry. The Modular Home site will feature tools for both consumers and retailers from custom price quotes and a local site contractor finder to retailer and builder directories and profiles, including featured listings and advertising opportunities for retailers and builders.
