Sean M. Sands Joins SC&H Group

SPARKS, Md., May 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SC&H Group -- one of the area's premier accounting and consulting firms -- announced today that Sean M. Sands has joined the firm as a Principal in SC&H Group's investment banking practice, SC&H Capital. Mr. Sand's focus will include providing investment banking services to a wide range of customers and industries and expanding the firm's mergers and acquisitions/transaction advisory services in the Baltimore, MD area.  Mr. Sands was most previously a Senior Vice President at Bank of America.

Mr. Sands is actively involved in a number of business and community organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth, Maryland Chapter, Independent College Fund of Maryland - Board Member and Executive Committee, Loyola University - Class Chair for "Preparing for Tomorrow" Alumni Capital Campaign, Carroll Manor Recreation Council - Youth coach and volunteer and the National Flag Day Foundation - former Board Member, Treasurer and Executive Committee member.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola University, having graduated with honors.
