CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Nov. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 67,000 square foot industrial building at 449 Blair Rd, one mile west of Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The multi-tenant building is 100% leased.
