BRIDGETON, N.J., Oct. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Seabrook House, a leading treatment provider for alcohol and drug addiction and co-occurring disorders based in New Jersey, has updated its brand. Seabrook House is now simply Seabrook.
MORE THAN A HOUSE
Founded in 1974 by Jerry and Peg Diehl, Seabrook House began as a non-profit residential treatment facility providing recovery for addicts and their families. Since then, Seabrook has grown to five locations throughout New Jersey offering comprehensive treatment programs for alcohol and drug addiction and co-occurring disorders.
These programs include Detoxification, Inpatient Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), individual and family counseling, post-treatment support, and specialty programs for co-occurring disorders.
What makes Seabrook especially unique is an emphasis on family recovery, its multiple treatment modalities, and the love (yes, love) upon which the organization is built. Seabrook has, in its 43 years of life, become a lot more than a house.
THE HEART OF RECOVERY
"When my parents opened Seabrook House, they were sincere in their desire to help patients and families recover from a deadly disease," recalls Seabrook President, Ed Diehl. "My father was in recovery and my mother obviously knew a lot about living with an addicted person. This was a personal mission for them. It's my privilege to keep it going."
"Our new Seabrook brand is the result of growth and a response to the challenges we all face as addiction has become epidemic," Ed explains. "We talked with our community, stakeholders and partners, staff, and several program participants about how to position ourselves to help more people. This new branding represents our renewed commitment. It's fresh and open. And our messaging - the heart of recovery - says it all."
Seabrook is staffed with highly educated medical and counseling professionals licensed and credentialed in their areas of specialty. Joseph Ranieri, DO, FASAM, FAAFP, is the organization's medical director who oversees staff at Seabrook's residential campus in Cumberland County, NJ and Seabrook's outpatient locations in Cherry Hill, Northfield, Morristown, Shrewsbury, and Bridgeton, NJ.
