TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Sea Tow South Miami & Key Biscayne, a successful marine and boating services franchise serving South Miami and Key Biscayne, Florida for over two decades, has been sold by way of Viking Mergers & Acquisitions Florida Division, a well-known business brokerage firm serving business owners in the Southeast United States. Daniel Martin, the previous owner of Sea Tow South Miami & Key Biscayne, knew it was time to take the next step in his long-term career and decided to sell the business that he had built and grown over the years.

Barreto had formed a long-term relationship with Viking M&A and had prior experience in running a business, managing employees and business operations, and possessed a positive entrepreneurial attitude. Barreto also held the appropriate licensing and boating experience that was required to purchase the business.
