Boutique Investment Banking Firm of the Year (US)
M&A Deal of the Year: Leveraged ESOP of Hollandia Produce with Funding Provided by Mosaic Capital Partners and the SEAM Fund
Consumer Staples Deal of the Year: Leveraged ESOP of Hollandia Produce
Information Technology Deal of the Year: Acquisition of MCAD Technologies by Computer Aided Technology
