Screenvision Media Hires Craig O'Connor As Director Of Distribution, Event Cinema
O'Connor's Hire Precedes Debut of Screenvision Media's First Event Cinema Program
NEW YORK, March 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Screenvision Media, a national cinema advertising leader, today announced the hire of Craig O'Connor as Director of Distribution, Event Cinema. His addition to the Screenvision Media team comes in front of the company's first highly anticipated Event Cinema program following their relaunch in partnership with KAOS Connect, premiering May 2016. Within this new role, O'Connor will be responsible for the distribution strategy of all event cinema programs.
Prior to joining Screenvision Media, O'Connor was the Director of Business Development at Golden Link, Inc., an international merchandise and concessions company, where he oversaw key relationships with major film studios for over two years. Prior to his tenure at Golden Link, Inc., he spent nearly 17 years at Clearview Cinemas/Cablevision as the Director of Concessions and Marketing for 11 years, and as the Manager of Theatre Operations for six years. In the former role, O'Connor was instrumental in helping grow the company into a major regional circuit in the No. 1 DMA in the country.
