ScottsMiracle-Gro to Hold Analyst Day Meeting on February 17, 2010

MARYSVILLE, Ohio, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG), the world's largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, will hold its annual Analyst & Investor Day on Wednesday, February 17 at the Boca Raton Marriott hotel in Boca Raton, Florida.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m., management will devote two hours to discuss the Company's strategic plan and financial goals.  Presentations will be followed by a tour of local lawn and garden centers.
