Scott Stevenson Joins Korn/Ferry International As Senior Partner
LOS ANGELES, March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Scott Stevenson has joined the firm as Senior Partner with Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. He will be based in Korn/Ferry's New York City office.
Mr. Stevenson has 20 years of experience as both a management consultant and an HR Executive. As a management consultant, he has helped global organizations design and implements end to end talent solutions, including enterprise talent strategies, organizational redesign, governance models, global competency frameworks and assessments, leadership development and enterprise learning strategies. He has overseen multiple talent management efforts to assess and redesign roles by creating competency frameworks specifically geared toward functional role effectiveness and serving business unit needs and objectives.
Mr. Stevenson joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a leader of the Financial Services People & Change practice. During his tenure at PwC, Scott focused on Organizational & Operating Design, Talent Management, HR Transformation, and Change Management. He specializes in helping clients structure and implement transformational changes to achieve a return on their business objectives by using functional expertise and research-based approaches to achieve a return on their business objectives.
Throughout Europe, Asia and North America, Mr. Stevenson has served clients across industries with organizations such as MetLife, Marsh McClellan, State Street Bank, Citizens Bank, John Hancock (Manulife), Bank of Tokyo NY, Time Warner Cable, Tyco Electronics, and Shire Pharmaceuticals.
