Scott Felder Homes to Build in Texas Hill Country Community

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SouthStar Communities, a residential real estate development company and owner of the master-planned community Havenwood at Hunters Crossing, today announced a strategic relationship with award-winning home builder Scott Felder Homes. The company will now serve as the recommended builder for the Havenwood community, located in New Braunfels, Texas, and make bundled home and lot packages available to buyers for the first time.

Scott Felder Homes has purchased 37 lots in Havenwood at Hunters Crossing and has plans to build a model home in the community. The ranch-style, single-story model home, which will be built according to the company's Montana floor plan, has been awarded the Star Award for Best Product Design by the Texas Association of Builders. The floor plan features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and includes a fireplace, outdoor living area and three-car side load garage.
