WOODBURY, N.Y., Dec. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- To meet the needs of its continuing positive growth and expansion, E S Foods announced today the addition of Scott Benne to the newly created position of Vice President of Business Development. E S Foods is a major supplier of nutritious food products for school systems throughout the U.S.
Benne will be responsible for expanding E S Foods' K-12 business in addition to growing other channels. In this position, he will be working with E S Foods' plants, bringing new products to the market and working alongside the sales team to execute the product introductions.

Benne comes to E S Foods with over 20 years of marketing experience, including expertise in business planning and strategy, P&L management, and customer and category marketing. For the past four years Benne was the VP of Marketing and Business Development at Advance Pierre Foods in Blue Ash, Ohio. From 2005 to 2013 he held marketing positions at Schwan's Food Company in Bloomington, Minnesota, including Senior Director of Category Marketing. Benne also serves on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit School Nutrition Foundation in Washington, DC.
