(OTCQB: SCLR) today announced that its common stock is expecting to begin trading in the over-the counter (OTC) market beginning January 13, 2011 under the trading symbol 'SCLR'.  The common stock is expected to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and OTCQB™ Market on that date.  SCOLR's common stock will cease trading on the NYSE Amex Exchange at the close of business on January 12, 2011.
