Scion FR-S, iQ and tC Available for Test Rides at Atlanta International Auto Show
ATLANTA, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Scion will give show-goers a chance to take three models from its 2013 lineup for a spin to benefit three charities Wednesday through Sunday at the Atlanta International Auto Show.
The 2013 Scion FR-S compact rear-wheel drive sports car, as well as the 2013 iQ and tC, will be available for test rides at the Scion Live Drive. For every test ride, Scion will donate $1 to the Salvation Army, AMVETS or the National Park Foundation on the attendee's behalf.
At the Scion exhibit, each of Scion's product offerings will have an interactive experience, providing guests with vehicle information, Scion art and brand-culture imagery.
Since going on sale last spring, the ultra-sporty FR-S has earned rave reviews from the automotive media, picking up numerous awards and accolades nationally and internationally. In February, Scion iQ earned a five-year Cost to Own award from Kelley Blue Book in recognition of its lowest projected costs of ownership in the subcompact category. The Scion tC continues to be the brand's volume leader. Scion overall sales increased by 50 percent in 2012.
The Scion Live Drive is open from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
