Scientific Games Awarded Kentucky Lottery Primary Instant Ticket Contract

NEW YORK, April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Scientific Games (Nasdaq: SGMS) announced it has been selected as the primary vendor to supply instant tickets to the Kentucky Lottery Corporation. The contract, which will begin in June 2011, has an initial term of five years and allows for extension options of up to ten years. Scientific Games was chosen in an open and competitive procurement process and revenue to Scientific Games will be based on a percentage of retail sales.
