Five experienced distribution professionals join the firm in North American push
NEW YORK, Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Schroders, the $446.5 billion* global asset manager, announced today the addition of five senior distribution professionals to its U.S. institutional business as the firm continues to grow its North American operations.

Allan Duckett has joined the firm as an Institutional Director, responsible for leading our client engagement and business development in the West. Allan previously worked at MFS as Director, West Coast Institutional Sales. Prior to that, he was a Client Relationship Manager at AllianceBernstein. He brings over ten years of experience to his new role.
Michael Patti comes to Schroders as an Institutional Director responsible for developing our business with middle market institutions in the East and Midwest regions in addition to high-end intermediaries. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investment Sales in The Bank of New York Mellon's Wealth Advisor Group. Michael also worked as a Vice President of Investment Services in Fidelity Investments' RIA Group. He brings over 20 years of experience to his new position.
Robert Soraparu joins the firm as a Consultant Relations Director and will lead our relationships with investment consultants in the Midwest. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Consultant Relations at Nuveen Investments. Previously, Robert worked at Northern Trust Global Investments and was covering consultants in the Midwest. He brings over 15 years of experience to his new position.
Andrew Terry has joined the firm as an Institutional Director, responsible for leading the institutional insurance business. He most recently served at AllianceBernstein L.P., where he worked as a New Business Development/Relationship Manager, Insurance Services in the Institutional Client Group. Andrew previously worked at BlackRock Inc. as a Relationship Manager for the Financial Institutions Group and earlier was an insurance equity analyst at Macquarie/Fox-Pitt Kelton. He brings over ten years of experience to his new role.
Edward R. Wilkinson (Rock) joins the firm as an Institutional Director responsible for managing and growing Schroders' Taft-Hartley Institutional sales effort. He most recently served as Global Head of Client Portfolio Management for Goldman Sachs Asset Management's (GSAM) $100 billion Fundamental Equity Group. Prior to his role in product management at GSAM, Rock spent 15 years leading Taft-Hartley teams at both Invesco and Goldman Sachs. Rock brings nearly 20 years of experience to his new role, much of which has been within the Taft-Hartley segment.
