SC&H Capital Announces Sale of Mosaic, Inc. to LinQuest Corporation

MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SC&H Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm to middle market businesses, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mosaic, Inc. in their sale to LinQuest Corporation.  The acquisition was consummated on August 31, 2011.  Financial terms were not disclosed.

Mosaic, Inc., headquartered in Oak Hill, VA is a leading provider of strategic consulting and technical services and solutions to the Intelligence Community (IC).  Mosaic specializes in solving very large data problems, performing data analytics, and crafting enterprise solutions enabling their customers to leverage capability and technology transfer across organizations.  Founded by Gwyn Whittaker in 2001, Mosaic has developed relationships with strategic leaders across the IC and has a reputation as a high-end advisor for difficult problems.

The Company focuses on the development, integration, deployment, and operation of state of the art command and control and information systems that deliver critical network centric solutions to the warfighter.  LinQuest provides domain expertise to its customers in system architecture, engineering, design, analysis, and simulation; test and verification; network design, analysis, and simulation; and system operations and training.
