SC&H Capital Announces Artis LLC Sells Controlling Interest to Plasan

MCLEAN, Va., March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SC&H Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm to middle market businesses, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Artis LLC in the sale of their controlling interest to Plasan.  Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Herndon, VA, Artis LLC specializes in contract R&D and analysis services for health and security markets. They provide innovative solutions to long-ingrained problems in the areas of motion measurement and human computer interfaces. Plasan is an international company engaged in the design, development, and manufacture of state-of-the-art, customized, lightweight survivability solutions for tactical combat vehicles, fixed- and rotary-winged aircraft, naval platforms, civilian armor vehicles, and personal protection.
