Marutiak has three decades of experience in various facets of public telephony, starting in analog switching and progressing through digital switching, intelligent networking, virtual/private networking, wireless networks, and finally all aspects of mobile communications technology. He spent over ten years with Microsoft where he held many roles in senior management including Director of Emerging Technologies for Windows Mobile. Marutiak has also worked for Vodafone, Bell Laboratories, AT&T and Wink Communications.
