S.C. Swiderski Announces Several Key Appointments

MOSINEE, Wis., Feb. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a construction and real estate investment company, welcomes several new employees in key positions. The Construction Division has added David Gliniecki in the newly created role of Senior Project Manager and Bill Siegler as Civil Engineer.  Paul Cassem has joined the company as Senior Architect and Karina Griesbach as Architectural Designer. Tyler Betry has been appointed Landscaping and Grounds Manager for the Property Management Division.

S.C. Swiderski has recently completed construction on Prosser Place Estates, an 88 unit luxury apartment site in Antigo, WI. The company is currently building in Eagle River, Kronenwetter and Wisconsin Rapids.  Phase II of Moon Lake Estates in Rice Lake has been announced and includes 100 apartment homes; the project is available for subcontractor bids. Several other sites in Wisconsin are in the planning and pre-development phase.   

The company is currently hiring for over thirty career opportunities. They are hosting a job fair at their corporate office in Mosinee, Wisconsin on Friday, February 24, 2017 with on the spot interviews for construction, excavation, maintenance and landscaping positions.
