About The Golden Rondelle Theatre
SC Johnson's Golden Rondelle Theatre was initially built as the company's pavilion for the 1964/1965 World's Fair in New York. After the Fair was over, the Theatre was moved back to Racine to serve as SC Johnson's visitor's center and to serve as a community resource for educational programming. Working with Taliesin Associates, Frank Lloyd Wright's school of architecture, The Golden Rondelle was redesigned to fit in with the Wright-designed global headquarters for the company. Now a centerpiece for the entire community, The Theatre is committed to providing positive experiences for adults, children and visitors through programming, architecture tours, award-winning films and more. Since 1968 hundreds of thousands of people have participated in programming at the facility.
