SBG Technology Solutions Awarded Contracts to Support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- SBG Technology Solutions has been granted a multi-year contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), for the Automated Solicitation Proposal Management System (ASPMS).  SBG will provide web development, system administration and maintenance, information assurance, and Tier I-III help desk support for ASPMS.

ASPMS is a contract and grant management system used by DTRA's J-9 Research and Development Directorate. ASPMS serves a vital role in the agency's research and development process. DTRA personnel use the system to manage the full lifecycle of the solicitation process from the release of solicitations to award announcement and post-award announcement.

Additionally, SBG was awarded a contract with the Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) of the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) to support its Home Visiting Information System (HVIS). SBG will gather, analyze, and document requirements to develop a web-based system that will replace the existing system. SBG will also be providing architectural, data, and cost models to support the development of the new system.

HRSA provides national leadership and works in partnership with states, communities, public-private partners, and families to improve the safety, health, and well-being of all mothers and children in the United States. The Home Visiting Program uses trained professionals who will meet regularly with expectant parents, or families with young children in their homes, to build positive relationships with families who want and need their support to get off to a better and healthier start.
