Clute will oversee the finance function of the business to ensure it is able to support the needs of the company as it continues its unprecedented period of growth, building on its portfolio of over 100 venues. He will work very closely with CEO of Disruptive Restaurant Group, Daniel del Olmo, on strategic planning, financial planning and business analytics for all culinary and nightlife brands going forward.

Clute joins the company from Confie Seguros where he was Senior Vice President and Financial Planning leader for the $500 million insurance brokerage which has more than 750 stores across 19 states. Prior to this he was Vice President of Business Planning for True Religion Brand Jeans, a mid-market premium denim brand. Earlier in his career he spent ten years at Taco Bell Corp. where he worked his way up to be Vice President for Finance and Operations, as well as four years at Disneyland Resort, California.
Paul received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona before receiving his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
