ATLANTA, April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Small Business Administration announced today the opening of a Business Recovery Center (BRC) in Boston, Massachusetts on Wednesday, May 1. The Center will provide one-on-one assistance to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small aquaculture businesses and most private non-profit organizations affected by the Boston Marathon Bombing on April 15, 2013.

"SBA's Customer Service Representatives will be available at the Center to provide program information and assistance in completing disaster loan applications," said Frank Skaggs, director of SBA Field Operations Center East.
Applicants may also apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA's secure website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela.
Additional information on the disaster loan program may be obtained by calling SBA's Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955 (800-877-8339 for the deaf and hard-of-hearing) or by sending an email to [email protected]. Loan applications can be downloaded from www.sba.gov.
The deadline to return economic injury applications is January 27, 2014.
