ATLANTA, April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Small Business Administration advises homeowners, renters, businesses and non-profit organizations in Kentucky affected by severe storms, tornadoes, winds and flooding that occurred between Feb. 29 and March 3, 2012, that the Disaster Loan Outreach Centers in Kenton and Lawrence County will close on Friday, April 6, at 6 p.m.

"I encourage anyone who has not completed their disaster loan application to do so and return it as quickly as possible," said Frank Skaggs, director of SBA's Field Operations Center East in Atlanta. Those who need assistance in completing their application are urged to visit one of the Disaster Loan Outreach Centers at the following locations before they close:

Loan applications can be downloaded from www.sba.gov. Completed applications can be mailed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.
Those affected by the disaster may also apply for disaster loans electronically from SBA's website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/.
The deadline to return SBA applications for physical property damage is May 7, 2012. The deadline to return applications for economic injury is December 6, 2012.
