ATLANTA, June 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Small Business Administration announced today that due to a steady decrease of activity, its Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs) in Louisville, Kentucky will close in the coming days. The DLOC at the Okolona Fire Protection District House will close on Thursday, June 4 at close of business. The DLOC at the Beechmont Community Center will close on Thursday, June 11 at close of business. Disaster survivors interested in obtaining low-interest disaster loans are encouraged to visit the Centers before they cease operations.

To be considered for all forms of disaster assistance, survivors may register with FEMA online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov or by mobile device at m.fema.gov. Applicants may also call FEMA at 800-621-3362. Those who use 711-Relay or Video Relay Services should call 800-621-3362.
Survivors referred by FEMA to the SBA may apply for disaster loan online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA's secure website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela or visit the nearest recovery center. More information may be obtained by calling the SBA's Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955 (800-877-8339 for the deaf and hard-of-hearing) or by sending an email to [email protected]. SBA loan applications can be downloaded from www.sba.gov/disaster. Completed applications can be returned to a recovery center or mailed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.
The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is June 30, 2015. The deadline to return economic injury applications is February 1, 2016.
