SBA deadline for economic injury disaster loans for Private NonProfit organizations in Minnesota is April 21

ATLANTA, March 20, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Small Business Administration is reminding Private NonProfit (PNP) organizations in Minnesota of the April 21, 2015 deadline to submit Economic Injury Disaster Loan applications for damages caused by severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides from June 11 through July 11, 2014.

PNPs that provide non-critical services located in the following parts of Minnesota are eligible to apply:  Beltrami, Blue Earth, Brown, Carver, Chippewa, Dodge, Faribault, Freeborn, Hennepin, Jackson, Koochiching, Lac Qui Parle, Lake of the Woods, Le Sueur, Lyon, Marshall, Martin, McLeod, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Pipestone, Ramsey, Redwood, Renville, Rice, Rock, Roseau, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Todd, Wadena, Waseca, Watonwan, Wright, Yellow Medicine counties, and the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa within Koochiching County, Red Lake Band of Chippewa and Prairie Island Indian Community Tribes.  Examples of eligible non-critical PNP organizations include, but are not limited to, food kitchens, homeless shelters, museums, libraries, community centers, schools and colleges.

Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA's secure website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela.

Disaster loan information and application forms may also be obtained by calling the SBA's Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955 (800-877-8339 for the deaf and hard-of-hearing) or by sending an email to [email protected]. Applications can also be downloaded from the SBA's website at www.sba.gov/disaster. Completed applications should be mailed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155. 

The deadline to return economic injury applications is April 21, 2015.
